Riverbank HOA Common Area
The Riverbank HOA has a Common Area located at (address coming soon) in the loop of SW Riverlane Road. It consists of a child play area, a sport court with basketball, pickleball and a tennis court.
Sport Court:
In 2023 Riverbank HOA embarked on fixing and updating the Sport Court. It was in disrepair with cracks in the concrete and cosmetically needy. The project required a Special Assessment of Homeowners.
Much of the "fixing" of the cracks and other surface issues took place in the summer of 2023 but the entire project took longer than hoped because of weather concerns and the need for several hot days. The project finally got re-started in May and was completed in June of 2024. (Sport Court Rules)
Clubhouse:
The Common Area also has a Clubhouse which is used for Board Meetings, HOA Meetings and events, and certainly available to HOA Members. If you want to be sure the Clubhouse is available for your event, just reserve it for your date and time. The Clubhouse is not used regularly so it is likely available for your event.
Our Clubhouse has a pool table and a foosball table.
Play Area:
In 2024 the play area was donated to the HOA by a few homeowners. It is a fun place for childrent to swing, climb and slide.\
